This is YOUR brand. When others sell your product on Amazon, you don’t always have full control. Amazon cares more about Amazon than others do.   • Control your account. This is YOUR account, not ours. We aren’t selling your product under our account. We are managing YOUR account. This is pivotal and a game changer. We aren’t a 3P seller asking you to let us sell your product along with tons of other brands. We are representing you, managing your account, and you have control. We’ll do everything for you - but you will always have the access you want, including the valuable data of the internal analytics of customer traffic to your products. With 3p sellers, you have access to very little beyond what they are willing to share.

  • The typical wholesale/retail relationship was never designed for the Amazon online marketplace. While the lion’s share of commerce still happens in brick and mortar shops, e-commerce is growing rapidly each year. In 2009, e-commerce was 5.6% of all retail sales…in 2018 e-commerce was 14.3%. The number of websites has skyrocketed, and it is increasingly more difficult to know who is selling your brand online. Amazon.com has changed retail, and while we believe that there is no better place to sell, there are also precautions and safety measures that need to be taken. This is your urgency - take control now and be the ONLY seller of your product on Amazon.

  • Most third-party sellers ultimately care about their own businesses. If something doesn’t sell quick enough, they’ll discount it. If another seller drops the price to even .01 below MAP, other sellers can be quick to one-up them, and the domino effect begins - it inevitably becomes a race to the bottom. If your brand is being violated - being sold for less than MAP - then you already understand this. This problem disappears immediately when you take control of your account.

  • You will always care more about your brand than anyone else. You and your staff have put untold hours, sleepless nights, time, money, and resources into building your brand. Now put the same diligence into protecting it. We care as much as you do about your brand because we’ve been building our reputation and brand for the past 17 years. If we weren’t good at protecting other brands, you wouldn’t be reading this.

  • Control your image. Image encompasses everything. On Amazon, it’s not as simple as creating a listing that looks good. There are many behind the scenes bits of minutia that go into the full package of your brand image that is being represented on Amazon. We know that all of the little things add up to creating your perfect image on Amazon.

  • Control your listings. Amazon calls these product pages. Your product, your brand, is being shown to the entire world right here. There are many ways to make listings, but few ways to create them properly. We make sure everything is optimized and consistent. Most current listings are not optimized or consistent because they are created by various 3P sellers. If that is the case for you, we can clean all of this up so every listing looks the same across your brand. We’ve spent years mastering this process because we know the quality of your product pages speaks directly about YOUR brand.

  • Control the content. How is your product conveyed to the consumer? Is the description built out with HTML or “A+ Content” to be clean and informative? What about cohesiveness with your other channels? What voice is being used? Are there misspellings (it’s not mis-spellings, by the way)? Is all of the pertinent information in place? Is it current? Is it accurate? Is the title optimized? What about the bullet points - are they focused and precise? Have you thought about keywords and how these play into Amazon’s A9 algorithm? What about the images - are they large enough to be zoomed in? Do they have a pure white background - what do you do if they don’t? We understand all of this and much more - and we know what draws a customer in and makes them click on “Add to Cart”. Content, it matters to us, and we know it matters to you.

  • Control the price. You create a quality product, marketed well, backed with a great warranty. Customers are buying it at your desired price - but along comes a price violator. They reduce the price to get the sale, then their competitor does the same, then again, and again - and next thing you know your beloved brand has products sold for 20-40% below MAP. Brick and Mortar stores can’t compete with that, and they likely let you know this! Amazon likes having the lowest prices available online, of course - who can blame them? It’s up to you, however, to hold your pricing. We will get you the control you need so your price never falls below MAP - unless you decide that it should.

  • At the end of the day, if you control your brand you will have control of your brand value. A brand without value is a useless brand. You didn’t build what you did to have it become a useless brand. Amazon is really an awesome marketplace, it can do wonders for your brand. If you don’t pay attention though, the opposite can come to fruition. We’ve seen it happen. So let us help you control your brand.
